The Milk Can Theatre Company is a member of ART/NY. Their website has a ton of useful information about the off and off-off Broadway scene. You can find show listings, grant applications, job listings, and lots of other inside and outside industry stuff.

Arts (not just theatre) jobs, news, opportunities, etc. Whether you want to work at a gallery, for a ballet company, or an inner city arts project, Artswire has the listings.

Even if you don't subscribe to their weekly newspaper, the website is full of interesting articles and covers both New York and L.A.

A fabulous literary resource site. Encyclopedias, biographies, quotes, grammar, Robert's Rules of Order, classic fiction, poetry -- this site has it all, and it's all FREE.
