It's a RAVE! You can read NYTheatre.com's full review of The 5 Borough Plays HERE.

"Within minutes of the start of this festival of short plays, one gets the impression that the Milk Can Theatre Company is a multitalented, imaginative group of theatrical artists. The 5 Borough Plays is a 75-minute ode to a beloved New York by an adoring New York theatre company. For this program, five playwrights were randomly assigned a borough. The results are inspired and highly entertaining."
An ode to Beckett's Waiting for Godot, as performed by sock puppets. A moment of understanding while at the 1964 World's Fair. An hilarious rant about this here life in New York City. A magical journey through time and space. A public fight over where to spend the night sung through a rock musical.
Each of these five plays is inspired by one of New York City's boroughs.

When Junior Baumgarten shows up unannounced to his boyfriend's father's funeral, it throws everyone involved into a chaotic web of secrets and half-truths.
